4.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and the player's KYC status. Verified GCash withdrawals typically process within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used. neonstar may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects a game round, neonstar reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. 8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the neonstar platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any neonstar content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, neonstar's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 neonstar is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) losses arising from the player's own actions or failure to follow these Terms; (c) disruptions to service caused by events beyond neonstar's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-mandated system maintenance.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by neonstar's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 neonstar is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from every account dashboard.
10.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11.2 neonstar may share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law. Such disclosures are not subject to the standard data protection provisions of the Privacy Policy.
12.1 neonstar may suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if: (a) the player violates any provision of these Terms; (b) neonstar is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent authority; (c) neonstar suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing; or (d) the player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, neonstar reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no violation is subsequently established, funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
12.3 Players wishing to close their neonstar account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after standard processing.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487, the laws governing online gaming, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to neonstar's customer support for internal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts.
14.1 neonstar may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Material amendments will be communicated to players by email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the neonstar platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.
